Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you would like to exchange or request a refund. Please include photos of damage/fault and proof of purchase to ododesignsoz@gmail.com
Odo Designs will communicate further instructions to you to begin the return process.
The product must be clearly faulty or damaged and rendered unusable.
Please note we do not exchange or refund for change-of-mind returns unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Odo Designs will issue an exchange or refund upon receipt of the product and once it has been inspected.
Customers are responsible for all shipping return fees.
There is no refund or exchange available on Sale or Seconds items.
